How do I get certified in ITIL® Managing Across the Life cycle qualification?
Before applying into this course student should consider these steps.
Students should complete at least 30 contact hours as a part of regular, and certified training program.
One must earn two credits from the ITIL® Foundation certificate in addition to a minimum of 15 credits from ITIL Intermediate certificate.
The course ends with a two hour, scenario based, ten question multiple-choice exam, with the pass mark being 35/50 (70%). You will be appropriately prepared for this by our tutors throughout the course.
